Xincheng (Laibin)

Xincheng ( Chinese  忻城 县 , Pinyin Xīnchéng Xiàn ; Zhuang Yinhcwngz Yen ) is a district of the prefecture -level city of Laibin in the Guangxi Autonomous Region of the Zhuang Nationality in the People's Republic of China. In 1999 it had 400,955 inhabitants.

The official seat of Tusi Mo (Mo tusi yashu 莫 土司 衙署), Mo Zhen莫 震, has been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China (4-153) since 1996 .
