Xingcheng ( Chinese  兴 城市 , Pinyin Xīngchéng Shì ) is a county-level city in the prefecture -level city of Huludao in the Chinese province of Liaoning . In 1999 it had 545,684 inhabitants.

The ancient city wall of Xingcheng ( Xingcheng gucheng兴城 古城) has been on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China (3-62) since 1988 .
