Yūka Kinoshita ( Japanese 木 下 ゆ う か Kinoshita Yūka ; born February 4, 1985 ) is a Japanese YouTuber and weather eater .

Career

Yūka Kinoshita launched her YouTube channel in 2014, five years after her debut in Japanese eating contests.

Kinoshita uploads 5 to 7 minute long videos every day in which she eats meals between 5,000 and 23,000 calories. Occasionally she uploads longer mukbang- style videos where she eats in real time. In November 2016, her videos were viewed more than 680 million times.

Kinoshita's videos are accompanied by English-language subtitles. Not least because of this, it has drawn the attention of English-language news sources. She was also featured on the Japanese television show Ōgui ( 大 食 い ).

Personal life

Kinoshita was in a relationship with YouTube personality Hajime Syacho for half a year before breaking it off in February 2017.
