Yūsuke Chajima ( Japanese 茶 島 雄 介 , Chajima Yūsuke ; born July 20, 1991 in Hiroshima , Hiroshima Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

Yūsuke Chajima learned to play football in the youth team of the first division club Sanfrecce Hiroshima and the university team of the Gakugei University of Tokyo . In 2014 he signed his first professional contract with his youth club Sanfrecce. The club from Hiroshima , a port city in the southwest of the Japanese main island of Honshū , played in the country's highest league, the J1 League . By 2017 he had played 38 first division games for the club. The 2018 and 2019 season he was loaned to the second division team JEF United Ichihara Chiba in Ichihara . Here he completed 61 games in the J2 League . In February he returned to Hiroshima from his loan.
