Yaghi-Siyan

Yaghi-Siyan († June 3, 1098 ) was governor of Antioch during the First Crusade .

He was a Turkish slave of the Seljuq sultan Malik Shah I , who conquered Antioch in 1085 and installed Yaghi-Siyan there as governor around 1088.

1097–98 was the siege of Antioch . He called his son-in-law Radwan to help. On June 3, 1098, Antioch fell through treason and Yaghi-Siyan died while trying to escape.
