Yang Zi ( Chinese  杨子 , Pinyin Yáng Zǐ ; born September 12, 1993 in Shenzhen ) is a Chinese tennis player .

Career

She mainly plays in tournaments of the ITF Women's Circuit , where she has already been in a final six times but has not won any. At the Guangzhou International Women's Open 2011 she was in the main draw of a tournament on the WTA Tour for the first time . She and her doubles partner Pang Yang lost in the first round to the top seeded pairing Jarmila Gajdošová / Anastassija Rodionowa with 0: 6, 0: 6.

Yang Zi achieved her best individual ranking in the world in September 2013 with rank 303. Yang played the last professional tournament in September 2016.
