The Yello Point ( English ; Polish Żółty Przylądek , Yellow Cape ' ) is a headland of King George Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It is located on the east side of the Keller Peninsula and protrudes into the Visca Anchorage , a natural harbor on the Mackellar Inlet .
Polish scientists named it descriptively in 1980 after a yellowish, weathered ore vein that runs through the headland.
