Yeshe Rinchen

Yeshe Rinchen (Ye-shes rin-chen; Chinese  亦 摄 思 连 真 , Pinyin Yishesilianzhen or 意 希仁钦 , Yixirenqin ) (* 1249 ; † 1295 ) was a student of Phagpas . From 1286 to 1291 he was the imperial teacher (dishi / ti shri; English Imperial Preceptor) of the Mongol emperor Shizu ( Kublai Khan ). He was the fourth person to serve as the central government's highest monk official for Buddhist affairs.
