Yitha'amar Watar III. ( Sabean yṯ''mr wtr Yiṯa''amar Watar), son and successor of Sumuhu'ali Yanuf III. , was a king of the old South Arabian empire of Saba . Hermann von Wissmann continued his reign around 375 BC. Chr.

Under Yitha'amar Watar III. Saba finally lost its status as a great empire, as a Qataban victory inscription shows. In addition, some insignificant private inscriptions have survived.
