The city of Yizheng ( 仪征 市 , Yízhēng Shì ) is an independent city in the Chinese province of Jiangsu . It belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture city Yangzhou . Yizheng covers an area of 901 km 2 and has a population of around 590,000.
