Zéguédéguin is both a commune ( French commune rurale ) and a department encompassing the same area in the West African state of Burkina Faso , in the Center-Nord region and in the province of Namentenga . The community has 22,040 inhabitants in twelve villages, the majority of which are Mossi and Fulbe .
