Telescopic rifle 1

Telescopic rifle 1 is a shooting sport discipline. The Association of Military and Police Rifles (BDMP) offers these for semi-automatic rifles and bolt action rifles (with nitro propellant powder and jacketed bullets ). These must have been introduced into a regular army, the police or the customs administration before January 1, 1965 and only have to be created by putting on a telescopic sight .

Weapons and ammunition

The following requirements must be met:

  • The breech block may not be changed compared to the originally introduced service weapon , unless the installation of a telescopic sight makes this necessary
  • The trigger may not be changed
  • The shaft must not be modified
  • The telescopic sight and assembly may differ from the imported service weapon
    • A riflescope with a maximum of 10x magnification

Weapons with a caliber of up to 8 mm that can be proven to have been imported into the above-mentioned institutions are permitted.
The ammunition may be commercially available or reloaded .

procedure

  • This discipline is shot at 100 meters in a lying position.
  • 20 scoring shots and any number of trial shots are fired within 30 minutes.
  • BDMP target no. 3 is used as the target.
