The ZSD89 (alternative designation Type 89 or YW 534 ) is a Chinese armored transport vehicle that was developed by Norinco in the late 1980s and is used by the Army of the People's Liberation Army .

Development work began in 1982 and was not completed until the late 1980s. The ZSD89 was subsequently introduced into the army. The tank was produced in very large numbers.
