Zard Kuh or Zard-e Kuh-e Bakhtiari ( Persian زردکوه, read: Zardkuh; Zard Kuh means "yellow mountain") is a 4221 m high mountain in the Zāgros Mountains . It is located near the city of Kuhrang in the Iranian province of Tschahār Mahāl and Bachtiyāri .
Several water-rich rivers have their source on this mountain, including the Karun and Zayandeh Rud .
