Ira William Zartman
Ira William Zartman (* 1932 ) is an American conflict researcher and professor emeritus at the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) at Johns Hopkins University . He holds the Jacob Blaustein Chair in International Organizations and Conflict Resolution .
