Between 1800 and 1853 the mine was partially combined to form Miething & Altena. On June 10, 1844, the western part of the field had to be separated due to a court ruling and was given the name Oberste Frielinghaus . In 1852, the St. Johannes Erbstollen Sole was consolidated into the Louischen colliery . A year later, on May 18, the consolidation to the United Louisenglück colliery took place below the bottom of the Erbstollen .
