The Nachgedacht colliery is a former hard coal mine in Durchholz . The mine was in operation for 32 years. It belonged to the Märkisches Bergamts district and there to the jury district Hardenstein.

Mining history

A length field was awarded on May 6, 1842, and the mine was in operation after the award. Presumably the mine was out of operation again afterwards, because it was put into operation again in May of 1847. In the same year began, the tonnlägigen shaft Rudolph abzuteufen and in August was the dismantling began. The mine was in operation from 1854 to 1865. In 1855, 11,809 Prussian tons of hard coal were mined with 16 miners . In 1867 the mine was shut down again. In 1871 the mine was opened again. In the following year, 15 miners extracted 409 tons of hard coal. In 1874, 43 miners extracted 3,194 tons of hard coal. From the 3rd quarter of the following year, the mine was taken out of service again. In 1880 to 1910, was Berechtsame of mine Blankenburg allocated. In 1913, the rightful owner changed from the Blankenburg colliery to the United Hammertal colliery. In 1933, further mines were consolidated into the Elisabethenglück colliery .
