Zef

The Zef is a French sailing dinghy . It was offered as a one to two-man boat from 1962 to around 1970, but was also often used as a small family boat. Over 12,000 copies have been sold. In Germany, the Zef was temporarily built by Metzeler.

The hull is made of fiberglass , deck, sword and rudder are often made of wood. The letter Z serves as the sailing symbol.

A slightly shorter version, the Zef Junior , was designed for use in sailing schools .
