The journal for the entire inheritance law practice (abbreviated: ErbR ), ISSN  1862-4790 , is a legal journal in the field of inheritance law . It has been published monthly by Nomos Verlagsgesellschaft since January 2019 in cooperation with the Working Group Inheritance Law of the German Lawyers' Association (DAV) .

Before that, the magazine was initially published quarterly from March 2006, every two months for the second year and every month since 2008 by Luchterhand-Verlag .

The magazine places particular emphasis on current developments in the area of ​​specialist lawyers in inheritance law. However, it also offers help in dealing with questions of inheritance law in courts, notaries' offices and law firms. The journal publishes treatises on various sub-areas of inheritance law, reports from mandate practice and reviews of important new publications on inheritance law. The new case law on inheritance and inheritance tax issues is presented and commented on.

You can refer to individual articles by specifying the abbreviation "ErbR", the year and the page. In the case of references to court decisions that have been printed in the ErbR, the court is also named.
