Zeynep Yüksel
Zeynep Yüksel (born June 3, 1948 in Istanbul , Turkey ) is an internationally known freelance artist who lives and works in Germany. Her areas of expertise are free graphic illustration and etching.
Career
The qualified designer received her training at the Folkwang School in Essen . She has been working as a freelance artist in Essen since 1977 and is now organized in the Ruhrland Artists Association based there. Yüksel has received several awards for her work. In addition to the gallery work, she also provided book illustrations, most recently for the Heine anniversary volume Kennste noch dat alde Leed (2006).
