Civil chamber

The civil chamber is a panel of the regional court , made up of a presiding judge and two assistant, full-time judges. As a judicial body, the civil chamber is responsible for appeals and complaints against the judgments and other decisions of the district court . Single judge

Since the reform of civil procedure on January 1, 2002 , the single judge has been responsible instead of the chamber .
