Civil judge

The civil judge is the holder of a public office at a court that performs judicial tasks in civil law. He is a judge who handles cases in the area of civil law (so-called civil cases ). In some courts there are civil senates (arbitration bodies at the Higher Regional Court and the Federal Court of Justice ) or departments for civil matters (for example, in the Supreme Court of Lithuania , in the Court of Appeal of Lithuania , in the district courts ).
