description
ZoneMinder hides a complete video surveillance environment. For example, you can let the monitoring run event-controlled or set up zones that should / may not be observed or, in contrast, are considered regions of interest .
A console provides information about the status . In the case of a programmed event, you can, for example, send an e-mail or SMS and later view the video data.
In addition to many Linux platforms, ZoneMinder also supports the mobile operating systems Android and iOS , but it can also be compiled by yourself . The software is written in C ++ , Perl and PHP . According to the developers, no Windows version of the software is planned.
