ZONG was a computer magazine that was published from September 1989 to June 1996 by KE-SOFT from Hanau . For a long time it was the only German-language magazine for the Atari 400/800 computers. The first four issues appeared as a pure disk magazine, from 1990 onwards as a printed magazine. The magazine offered readers monthly, sometimes bimonthly, test reports on new and old software, reports on innovations, tips & tricks as well as programming courses and, sometimes as listings , sometimes on the diskette available separately from the magazine , software specially developed for the magazine , mostly games.
