Zhong Peizhang

Zhong Peizhang ( Chinese  钟沛璋 , Pinyin Zhōng Pèizhāng ; * 1924) is a Chinese politician. He was the head of propaganda in the Politburo of the Chinese Communist Party .

In October 2010 he received international attention when he signed an open letter for more democracy and less censorship with Hu Jiwei , Li Rui , Jiang Ping and 500 other people.
