Approved recipient
The Approved Recipient is an authorized person (including several persons) who accepts goods in the transit procedure (T1, T2, TIR Carnet and when transporting goods subject to tax suspension within Germany with an accompanying administrative document - BVD) without presentation and without submission of the transit declaration is permitted at the destination office. The approved recipient is obliged to take part in the NCTS procedure (= New Computerized Transit System ).
