Authorized consignor
An Authorized Consignor can carry out joint / joint transit procedures without having to present the goods at the customs office of export (inland customs office) beforehand . The application for authorization as an approved consignor is submitted to the main customs office . An approved consignor or approved recipient is obliged to participate in the NCTS procedure (= New Computerized Transit System ).
