The Zum Berzberg 13 building is located in the Berzbuir district of Düren in North Rhine-Westphalia .

The house was built in the 18th century.

It concerns the house and the stable wing of a former Winkelhof. On the street side, half-timbered houses stand on a high stone wall . The windows on the first floor of the gable side have been changed. There is a gable roof on the house .

The building is entered under No. 3/016 in the list of monuments of the city of Düren.
