The Zum Knipp 5 building is located in the Berzbuir district of Düren in North Rhine-Westphalia .

The house was built in the 18th century.

It is a small single - storey half-timbered house with a knee-length floor , on the eaves with two axes. The entrance is on the gable side with a modern vestibule . The half-timbered structure has pegged anchor beams.
