description

Detail view window bay

The half-timbered structure of the house is decorated in a variety of ways, the window bay facing the Kornmarkt is particularly striking: The corner posts are designed as columns with foliage, roughened and scaled nodes and profiled diamond friezes between volute scrolls, which are also surrounded by vines. The middle stand is decorated with the eponymous plastic orb . In the left parapet there is a stylized sun disk, which is why the house was also called "Zur Sonne".
