The Ordinance of the FDHA on the additives permitted in food , in short Additives Ordinance (ZuV), regulates the approval, labeling and maximum quantities of additives and flavors in food as a Swiss federal ordinance .

The ZuV includes all additives and flavors, including colorings , preservatives , sweeteners and antioxidants .

The law is filed in the systematic collection of federal law in Switzerland in Chapter 8 "Health - Work - Social Security", 81 Health under the number SR 817.022.31.
