features

Dwarf Minorkas are available in black and white. In contrast to the large minor kas , one also encounters the rose- combed variant of this breed at large exhibitions . The white color is very rare.

As with the large Minorkas, attention is paid to the high laying performance of the Dwarf Minorkas, which is given as 120 eggs. The minimum weight for hatching eggs is 38 grams. However, egg weight and laying performance are significantly higher, as dwarf Minorkas were much larger around 1990. The special association endeavors to meet the requirements. Dwarf Minorkas are fast-growing and weather-resistant, chamber freezes are not encountered.

The rooster weighs 1200 grams and the hen 1000 grams. As with the large breed, dwarf Minorka do not crow often.
