1973 World Bobsleigh Championship

The 29th World Bobsleigh Championship was held in Lake Placid , United States , in 1973 . The World Cup was held in Lake Placid for the fourth time. The German bobsleigh with Wolfgang Zimmerer and Peter Utzschneider won the two-man competition, in the four-man competition, the Swiss Bobsleigh I was ahead.
