Choi Kyoung-rok [ 'tʃɔɪ ] (born March 15, 1995 in Seoul ) is a South Korean soccer player . The offensive midfielder is under contract with Karlsruher SC .

Career

Choi Kyoung-rok moved from Ajou University to the FC St. Pauli youth academy in 2012 . After going through the age groups up to U23, he moved up to the professional squad in 2015. There he scored twice on his debut in the 2nd Bundesliga on April 6, 2015 (27th matchday) in a 4-0 win at home against Fortuna Düsseldorf , prepared another goal and was in the 69th minute by Lennart Thy replaced.

For the 2018/19 season, Choi moved to third division club Karlsruher SC , where he signed a contract dated until June 2021. At the end of the season, Choi rose to the second division with the KSC.
