The area terminal moraine "Höhe 585.1" between Gunzenweiler and Litzelmannshof is a landscape protection area (LSG number 4.35.017) designated by the ordinance of September 10, 1954 by the Tettnang district office in the north of the Baden-Württemberg community of Neukirch in the Lake Constance district in Germany .

The approximately 21 hectares large conservation area Endmoränenlage "Height 585.1" between Gunzenweiler and Litzelmannshof is one natural area to Westallgäuer hills and lies at an altitude between 550 and 585.1  m above sea level. NN . It extends to the north of the Neukirch district of Gunzenweiler , east of Vorderessach and west of the Haslach and the district border with the Ravensburg district .

Protection purpose

Essential protective purpose is to maintain a slender round cone of the standstill position of the Rhine glacier with its natural beauty and uniqueness.
