The area of terminal moraine wall and flat moor north of Rappertsweiler is a landscape protection area (LSG number 4.35.008) in the area of the Baden-Württemberg city of Tettnang in the Lake Constance district in the Baden-Württemberg city of Tettnang in a decree of September 10, 1954 by the then district office in Tettnang (successor is the Tübingen regional council) Germany .

The approximately 37 hectare landscape protection area Endmoränenwall and Flachmoor north of Rappertsweiler is part of the Westallgäu hill country . It is located southeast of Tettnang and southwest of Neukirch , between the Neukirch districts of Elmenau in the north, Wildpoltsweiler and Bernaumühle in the east and the districts of Rappertsweiler in the south and Wiesertsweiler in the west, which are part of Tettnang . The “ Buchbach ” nature reserve is located directly to the LSG terminal moraine wall and moor north of Rappertsweiler . To the west, the LSG surrounds the “ Loderhof-Weiher ” nature reserve .
Protection purpose
