The Kahramanmaraş Airport ( Turkish Kahramanmaraş Havalimanı ) is a Turkish commercial airport near the city of Kahramanmaraş near its suburb Genç Osman . It is operated by the state DHMI . The airport was opened in 1996 and is used exclusively for civil purposes. The city of Kahramanmaraş assigned to him is about five kilometers away. The apron has a size of 100 × 50 meters and can accommodate two commercial aircraft. There is parking for 40 cars in front of the terminal.

Due to the increasing number of passengers, the airport is to be expanded and renovated. Construction of the airport expansion began on December 1, 2016.

This expansion includes: a new terminal with an area of 22,230 square meters, a new parking lot, the enlargement of the apron to 240 × 120 meters wide LED lighting system and a new taxiway.
