Jodie Blank (born November 28, 1992 in Berlin ) is a German dubbing and radio play speaker .

Life

Jodie Blank has worked in many dubbing and radio play productions since she was a child. Her younger sister Jamie Lee Blank (* 1994 ) is also active in the industry.

Blanks's voice gained notoriety primarily through the American drama series Again with Feeling , in which she dubbed Meredith Deane. This was followed by other, small roles in Leave it, Larry! , Blue's Clues and Grey's Anatomy . She set her first leading role in a series in 2003 in Barney and his friends , in which she lent Selena Gomez her voice. Since 2008 she has been heard regularly in various leading and supporting roles, including as Courtney in Taras Welten , Molly in True Jackson and as Ming Huang in Awkward . She also dubbed Madeleine Martin in Californication as Becca Moddy , the serial daughter of David Duchovny . From 2013 she spoke in the television series Homeland Dana Brody , the daughter of the main character Sergeant Brody . Jodie Blank also spoke the character Cherry in the series The Thundermans .

Blank also spoke various animation roles . In the Canadian-French cartoon series Tupu - The Wild Girl from Central Park , she set the eponymous protagonist to music , in Meet the Robinsons the young Franny and in the latest adventures of Strawberry Shortcake she lent her voice to Orangella Obstblüte . In 2012 you can hear her in the role of Sharon Rainsworth in the Japanese anime series Pandora Hearts .
