Josep Oms Pallisé (born July 20, 1973 in Lleida ) is a Spanish chess player . Between 2003 and 2007 he played for Andorra.

The Andorran individual championship he won four times: 2003 to 2006. He played for Andorra at two chess Olympiads : 2004 and 2006 , where he received an individual gold medal in 2006 for his result of 9 points from 11 games on the second board.

In Spain he played for UGA Barcelona ( 1995 to 2000 ), GEVA-CEA Andorra ( 2006 ) and Enracha-SCC Sabadell ( 2013 ). With Barcelona he was Spanish team champion in 1996. In France he played in the Nationale I 2001/02 for the CEI Toulouse .
