Liechtenstein took part inthe 2012 Olympic Games in London . It was the 16th participation in the Summer Olympics. The Liechtenstein Olympic Committee nominated three athletes in three sports.

In tennis, Stephanie Vogt received a wild card from the World Tennis Federation (ITF) . She had also received a wildcard at the previous games in Beijing , but had to cancel her start due to an injury. Vogt is also the flag bearer of the Liechtenstein team at the opening ceremony .
