Macedonia took part inthe 2012 Olympic Games in London . It was the fifth overall participation in the Summer Olympics. The Makedonski Olimpiski Komitet nominated four athletes in two sports.
The flag bearer at the opening ceremony was the swimmer Marko Blazhevski .
