The parliamentary elections in Finland in 1991 took place on March 17, 1991. It was the election to the 31st Finnish Parliament .

The Center Party under Esko Aho was able to increase its share of the vote by 7.2 percentage points and became the strongest force ahead of the Social Democratic Party. The National Collection Party suffered the greatest losses.

Esko Aho from the center formed a center-right coalition with the conservative National Collection Party, the Swedish People's Party and the Christian Union.
