The University of Notre Dame Australia (UNDA) is an Australian university in Perth , Western Australia (west coast), founded in 1990 . Alongside Bond University, it is the second private and Catholic university.

The University of Notre Dame was founded as a private, Catholic university with a focus on innovative teaching.
The university is spread over three locations. The main campus is in downtown Fremantle, a port city near Perth . The Broome Campus is located in Broome in Northwest Australia, around 2,600 kilometers north of Perth in the Kimberley Region. In 2006 a campus was opened in Sydney .
Faculties
The university has divided its subjects into 4 faculties:
- law Sciences
- with the range of subjects in law, history, political science and "Aboriginal Studies"
- theology
- with a range of subjects in theology, pastoral theology, philosophy and ethics
- Health
- with a range of subjects in nursing, psychotherapy and psychology, health care and sports science
- Business
- with a range of subjects in accounting, finance, e-commerce, environmental management, management and marketing
