Ross Norman Tokely (born 8 March 1979 in Aberdeen) is a Scottish professional footballer playing for Scottish Premier League side Inverness Caledonian Thistle.

As a teenager Tokely played Highland Football League side Huntly before being signed for Caley Thistle by then-manager Steve Paterson.
