Bill Hemmer

Bill Hemmer (born November 14, 1964 in Cincinnati, Ohio) is an American television news anchor. He is the host of Fox Online on the Fox News Channel, joining the network in August 2005.

During his career at Fox, Hemmer has reported on a number of stories, including the Hurricane Katrina aftermath, the 2006 Israel-Lebanon crisis, the Iraq War, and other stories.

Before Fox, Hemmer spent ten years at CNN hosting a number of programs, including American Morning with Soledad O'Brien, CNN Tonight, CNN Early Edition, CNN Morning News, and CNN Live Today. It is believed that he left CNN due to the fact that the organization wanted to post him in Washington D.C., at the White House, whereas Hemmer wanted to remain in New York City.

He is a graduate of Elder High School in Cincinnati, Ohio, and of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
