It is a co-production of MCCS and ABP TV which also runs two other news channels: Star News (Hindi) and Star Ananda (Bengali). It is a joint venture of the two companies mentioned above in 74:26 ratio shareholding. Rajiv Khandekar will be the editor of the news channel which will be headquartered in Mumbai.
