Newby Bridge is a small village in the Lake District, Cumbria, although historically it was in Lancashire.

Newby Bridge is located several miles west of Grange-over-Sands and is on the River Leven, only a few miles from the southern end of Windermere. The village is the site of an intermediate halt on the Lakeside & Haverthwaite Railway.
