MOJO HD is a subsidiary of iN Demand, a leading Pay Per View (PPV) and Video on Demand (VOD) provider in the United States. The channel replaced INHD on May 1, 2007. The company is owned by Comcast iN Demand Holdings, Inc., Cox Communications Inc., and Time Warner EntertainmentAdvance/Newhouse partnership and is available on Bright House, Cablevision, Comcast, Cox, and Time Warner cable systems.

MOJO is a dedicated high-definition television channel available only on cable TV in the USA. The network broadcasts all content in high-definition 1080i format. Dolby Digital 5.1 audio is also transmitted when available.

MOJO is a 24-hour linear cable network, and is not pay-per-view. It is available to cable subscribers with HD service in several cable systems across the USA, usually at no additional charge other than the cost of the HD cable tuner. The channel features several hundred hours of movies, sports, and general interest programming.

iN Demand has agreements with The Tennis Channel, The Hallmark Channel, NBA TV, Versus, NFL Network (in some areas) and the Anime Network to carry their content when available in HD. Additionally, MOJO has exclusive rights to historic Olympic footage (featured on the Olympic Treasures series), approximately 20 IMAX films, Paramount films, the UPN revival of The Twilight Zone with Forest Whitaker, and Major League Baseball for the 2006 season, and has featured the film of blind mountaineer Erik Weihenmayer's world renowned climb of Mount Everest in 2001 entitled Farther Than the Eye Can See.

iN Demand ceased operation of INHD2, which was a companion network to INHD, on January 1, 2007.

MOJO acquired the off-network rights for Heroes in high definition starting in October 2007.

MOJO airs original programming series such as After Hours, Dr. Danger, I Bet You, The King of Miami, The Show, Three Sheets, and Uncorked and Wall Street Warriors. Other shows include London Live, Hooked, and Timeless.
