Joseph-Ernest Grégoire (31 July 188617 September 1980) was a French Canadian politician.

Born in Disraeli, Quebec, he was from 1934 to 1938 the mayor of Quebec City. He was elected as the Action libérale nationale candidate to the Legislative Assembly of Quebec in 1935 in the riding of Montmagny. He was re-elected in 1936 as the Union Nationale candidate. In 1937, he helped found along with several Union Nationale dissents, the Parti national.

In 1934, he was made a Chevalier of the Légion d'honneur. In 1935, he was made a Commander of the Order of the British Empire. Member of the Barreau du Quebec in 1913, he practiced law from 1938 to 1966.

He is the father of Gilles Grégoire, a co-founder of the Parti Québécois.
