Scott Dooley (or "Dools") is an Australian comedian and radio announcer on national youth network Triple J. On January 7, 2008 Dooley joined Linda Marigliano to present the afternoon drive shift from 3pm-5.30pm weekdays. He has also hosted jtv.

Dooley appeared regularly on jtv in a segment called "Throwing Stuff at Robbie Buck". The segment involved him ambushing fellow Triple J host Robbie Buck and throwing a random object at him. This was co-hosted by fellow triple j host Linda Marigliano and involved the use of various soft toys including a giant rabbit, and slapping Robbie Buck across the face with a fish whilst live on air. The items used were usually suggested by a listener or viewer. Unfortunately this segment was banned by ABC management.

Dools' began his career at Triple J as a work experience kid. He then went on to be a guest on the Breakfast show with Adam & Wil where he starred in the segment, "Are You Smarter Than Dools?".[1] Dooley's past work on Triple J has included the Mid-dawn shift - a common shift for new announcers - and also "Summer Nights", weeknights during the summer non-ratings period.

Dooley has hosted a range of different comedy gigs from Sydney's own "Mic In Hand", to Australia's Raw Comedy, and has DJ'ed at Sydney based club "Purple Sneakers".[2]. He has also appeared in the DVD, Sydney Underground Comedy.

Dools is a supporter of the Collingwood Football Club in the AFL and Melbourne Victory Football Club in the A-League.[citation needed]
